Abstract
The ubiquity of semiconductors in consumer electronics sold by major internet retailers highlights the need to safeguard against counterfeit products in the supply chain. The complex network of global distribution and the anonymity afforded by large-scale operations make these supply chains susceptible to infiltration by counterfeit goods. This project seeks to leverage advanced artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to detect and track counterfeit semiconductors within such supply chains. By developing sophisticated algorithms and employing large language models (LLMs) to analyze transactional and logistical data, this project will aim to track and mitigate the risk of counterfeit CHEST type hardware reaching consumers.
